Smart phone apps are one of the most used tools by millions of us each day, a lot of us are spending most of our time on apps which is proven to not be good for our health with people experiencing either eye problems or even high blood pressure due to using games on the phones which can be proven to be a stressful experience for many. There are many gaming options that people are visiting like the ones you can visit these options online that are getting a lot of users from smart phones, and causing them to spend most of their spare time on these games which is leading to them having bad health issues from gaming far too often. Smart phone apps are now one of the most used tools by millions of us each day with more people spending time on smart phones than ever before, you will see people walking down the street with their head buried in their phones which is not good at all. Phone apps have got people glued to their phones more than ever before with there now being apps available for everything and anything which is leading people to spend most their days doing something on their smart phone.

Health is now one of the most spoke about topics to this day with lockdown causing a lot of people damage during spending so much time stuck at home without being able to leave due to the pandemic. There are discussions now to have time limits put in place on certain apps to ensure people aren’t spending too much time on their phones.
